Ingredients

1 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup almond butter (natural, no added sugar)

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (dairy-free if desired)

1/2 cup chopped almonds (toasted for extra flavor)

1/4 teaspoon sea salt

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

1/4 cup shredded coconut (unsweetened, optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, almond butter, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, sea salt, and cinnamon. Use a spatula or spoon to mix until fully combined. The mixture should be sticky but spreadable.

Add the Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth and fully melted. Add the melted chocolate to the oat mixture and fold it in gently.

Incorporate Nuts and Coconut: Fold in the chopped toasted almonds and shredded coconut (if using) until evenly distributed throughout the chocolate-oat mixture.

Shape the Clusters: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a tablespoon or a small ice cream scoop, portion out the mixture onto the baking sheet, forming clusters. Leave space between each cluster for easy removal.

Freeze: Place the baking sheet in the freezer for about 1-2 hours, or until the clusters are firm.

Store and Serve: Once frozen, transfer the clusters to an airtight container or zip-top bag and store them in the freezer. Enjoy your Frozen Chocolate Almond Oat Clusters straight from the freezer as a delicious snack, or let them sit at room temperature for a couple of minutes for a softer treat.
