Ingredients

1 cup strawberries, hulled and quartered

1 cup blueberries

1 cup pineapple, diced

1 orange, segmented and chopped

1 kiwi, peeled and sliced

1 cup grapes, halved

2 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup for a vegan option)

Juice of 1 lime

Zest of 1 lime

1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, finely chopped

Pinch of salt (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Fruits: Start by washing and chopping all the fruits as instructed above. In a large mixing bowl, combine the strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, orange, kiwi, and grapes.

Make the Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together the honey (or maple syrup), lime juice, lime zest, and a pinch of salt if using. This will enhance the flavors of the fruits.

Combine: Pour the dressing over the mixed fruits. Gently toss everything together to coat the fruits nicely in the dressing.

Add Mint: Sprinkle the chopped mint over the salad and give it one final gentle toss to distribute the mint throughout.

Chill: For the best flavor, let the fruit salad chill in the refrigerator for about 15-30 minutes before serving. This allows the fruits to marinate in the dressing.

Serve: Serve the fruit salad in individual bowls or on a large platter. Garnish with a few whole mint leaves if desired.
