Ingredients

For the crust:

1 pre-made sugar cookie dough (16.5 oz tube)

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the Greek yogurt topping:

2 cups plain Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon honey (or to taste)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

A pinch of cinnamon (optional)

For the fruit topping:

1 cup strawberries, sliced

1 cup blueberries

1 ripe banana, sliced

1 kiwi, peeled and sliced

1/2 cup mandarin orange segments (canned or fresh)

Mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Prepare the crust: In a medium bowl, combine the pre-made sugar cookie dough with 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Spread the dough evenly onto a pizza stone or a round baking sheet lined with parchment paper, forming a crust about 1/4 inch thick.

Bake the crust: Place the crust in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown. Remove from the oven and allow it to cool completely.

Make the yogurt topping: In a separate bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, honey, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and a pinch of cinnamon (if using) until well combined and creamy.

Assemble the fruit pizza: Once the crust has cooled, spread the Greek yogurt mixture evenly over the cookie crust, leaving a small border around the edges.

Add the fruit: Arrange the sliced strawberries, blueberries, banana slices, kiwi slices, and mandarin orange segments on top of the yogurt layer in a decorative pattern.

Garnish (optional): If desired, add fresh mint leaves on top for a pop of color and flavor.

Slice and serve: Cut the fruit pizza into wedges and serve immediately. Alternatively, refrigerate for a short while to let the flavors meld before serving.
