2 medium cucumbers, thinly sliced

1 cup radishes, thinly sliced or quartered

1/4 red onion, finely sliced

1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped

1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or dairy-free alternative)

2 tablespoons lemon juice (freshly squeezed)

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon honey (optional)

Salt and pepper, to taste

Optional: Crumbled feta cheese for garnish

Prepare the Vegetables: In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced cucumbers, radishes, and red onion. Toss gently to mix.
