1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for heat)

    Prepare the Chickpeas: After draining and rinsing the chickpeas, pat them dry using a clean kitchen towel or paper towels. This helps to ensure they get crispy.
