Ingredients

4 medium cucumbers, sliced into thin rounds

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/2 red onion, thinly sliced

1/2 cup shredded carrots

1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped

1/4 cup ranch dressing (homemade or store-bought)

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 cup crushed corn chips (for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the Vegetables: In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced cucumbers, halved cherry tomatoes, thinly sliced red onion, and shredded carrots.

Make the Dressing: In a separate small bowl, whisk together the ranch dressing, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper until well combined.

Combine Everything: Pour the dressing over the vegetable mixture. Gently toss until all the veggies are coated well with the dressing.

Add Fresh Herbs: Fold in the chopped fresh dill to the salad, ensuring it's evenly distributed throughout.

Chill: Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. This allows the flavors to meld and the cucumbers to become slightly crisp.

Serve: Before serving, give the salad a gentle toss. Top with the crushed corn chips for an added crunchy texture. Serve immediately and enjoy the burst of flavors!
