4 cups broccoli slaw mix (fresh or pre-packaged)

1 cup shredded carrots

1/2 cup red cabbage, thinly sliced

1/4 cup green onions, chopped

1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted

1/4 cup dried cranberries or raisins

1/2 cup creamy dressing (such as tahini or a yogurt-based dressing)

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup

Salt and pepper to taste
