4 medium russet potatoes

2 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions
 

Prep the Potatoes:

    - Wash and peel the russet potatoes. Cut them into thin strips, about 1/4 inch thick, to ensure they cook evenly and get crispy.

      Soak the Fries:
