1 cup fresh spinach, packed

1 cup heavy cream

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Cook the Tortellini: In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the tortellini according to package directions, typically about 3-5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
