1 package (9 ounces) fresh or frozen cheese ravioli

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

4 cups fresh spinach, chopped

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

¼ teaspoon nutmeg

½ cup ricotta cheese

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Zest of 1 lemon

Optional: crumbled feta cheese and fresh basil for garnish

Cook the Ravioli:

    Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the ravioli and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

      Sauté the Garlic and Spinach:
