Ingredients

1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained

1 (14-ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

1 cup cream cheese, softened

½ cup sour cream

½ cup mayonnaise

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional for heat)

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup breadcrumbs (for topping)

2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter (for breadcrumbs)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Mix the Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and creamy.

Add Vegetables: Fold in the drained spinach, chopped artichokes, minced garlic, onion powder, red pepper flakes, and both mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses into the creamy mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Transfer to Baking Dish: Spread the mixture evenly into a greased 9x9-inch or similar-sized baking dish.

Prepare the Topping: In a separate bowl, combine the breadcrumbs with olive oil or melted butter until the breadcrumbs are well coated. This will ensure a crispy topping.

Layer the Topping: Evenly sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the creamy spinach artichoke base.

Bake: Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the mixture is bubbling at the edges.

Cool and Serve: Once baked, remove the dish from the oven and allow it to cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy it warm with tortilla chips, pita bread, or fresh veggie sticks!
