2 whole bulbs of garlic

1 cup of cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup of Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons of olive oil

1 tablespoon of fresh thyme, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried)

1 tablespoon of fresh rosemary, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried)

1 teaspoon of lemon juice

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: 1/4 teaspoon of crushed red pepper flakes for a hint of spice

Roast the Garlic: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice the tops off the garlic bulbs to expose the cloves. Drizzle each bulb generously with olive oil and wrap them in aluminum foil. Place them on a baking sheet and roast for 30-40 minutes, or until the cloves are soft and golden brown. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.

    Prep the Spread: Once the garlic is cool enough to handle, squeeze the roasted cloves out of their skins into a mixing bowl.

      Mix Ingredients: Add the softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, fresh herbs, salt, pepper, and optional red pepper flakes to the bowl with the roasted garlic.
