Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup sour cream

1 cup mayonnaise

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

1/2 cup pickled jalapeños, chopped (adjust to taste)

1/4 cup fresh jalapeños, diced (remove seeds for less heat)

1/2 cup green onions, chopped

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp smoked paprika

Salt and black pepper, to taste

1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs

1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Mix the Creamy Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Use a hand mixer or spatula to blend until creamy and smooth.

Add the Cheeses: Fold in the shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses until evenly distributed.

Incorporate the Jalapeños: Stir in the pickled jalapeños, diced fresh jalapeños, and chopped green onions.

Season it Up: Add the garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well to ensure all ingredients are combined thoroughly.

Prepare for Baking: Transfer the mixture to a baking dish (about 8x8 inches). Spread it evenly.

Top with Panko: In a small bowl, mix the panko breadcrumbs with olive oil. Sprinkle the mixture evenly over the dip to create a crunchy topping.

Bake the Dip: Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and the top is golden brown.

Serve Hot: Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy it warm with tortilla chips, sliced vegetables, or crusty bread.
