8 oz rotini pasta (or your favorite pasta shape)

1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded (grilled or rotisserie chicken works great)

6 strips of bacon, cooked until crispy and crumbled

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup cucumber, diced

1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup ranch dressing

1/4 cup Greek yogurt (optional for added creaminess)

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Salt and pepper, to taste

Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the rotini pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside in a large mixing bowl.

    Prepare the Ingredients: While the pasta is cooking, chop the cooked chicken breast, crumble the bacon, and halve the cherry tomatoes. Dice the cucumber and finely chop the red onion.
