1 cup buttermilk

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the Cinnamon Sugar Topping:

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.

    Prepare the Cream Cheese Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy. Set aside.

      Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and ground cinnamon.

        Mix Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk the melted butter, eggs, buttermilk, and vanilla extract until well combined.
