1 lb ground turkey

1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained

1 can (15 oz) corn, drained

1 cup diced tomatoes (fresh or canned)

1 medium onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp chili powder

1 tsp cumin

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (adjust for spice preference)

Salt and pepper, to taste

4 large whole wheat tortillas

1 cup shredded lettuce

1 avocado, sliced

1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)

Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Lime wedges, for serving

Cook the Turkey: In a large skillet over medium heat, add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté for about 2-3 minutes until the onion becomes translucent.

    Add Turkey: Increase the heat to medium-high, then add the ground turkey to the skillet. Cook until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Use a spatula to break it into smaller pieces while cooking.

      Season the Mixture: Once the turkey is cooked, stir in the chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Mix well and let it cook for another 2 minutes to develop the flavors.

        Combine Ingredients: Add the black beans, corn, and diced tomatoes to the turkey mixture. Stir to combine all the ingredients thoroughly. Allow it to simmer for about 5-10 minutes, letting the flavors meld together. Adjust seasoning if necessary.

          Build the Wraps: Lay out the whole wheat tortillas and evenly distribute the turkey mixture in the center of each. Top with shredded lettuce, avocado slices, and shredded cheese.
