2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 tablespoon olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon dried oregano

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

1 large tortilla wrap (whole wheat or regular)

2 tablespoons mayonnaise or Greek yogurt

Juice of 1/2 lemon

Optional: sliced tomatoes or cucumbers for extra crunch

Prep the Chicken: Start by trimming any excess fat off the chicken breasts. Pat them dry with a paper towel and season both sides with salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano.

    Cook the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove the chicken from the skillet and allow it to rest for a few minutes before slicing it into thin strips.

      Sauté the Garlic: In the same skillet, lower the heat and add the minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.

        Add Cheese: Return the sliced chicken to the pan with the sautéed garlic. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the chicken, stirring gently until the cheese is melted and everything is well combined.

          Prepare the Wrap: In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise or Greek yogurt with lemon juice to create a flavorful spread. Lay your tortilla flat and spread a generous spoonful of the garlic mayo on top.
