1 teaspoon cumin

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 ripe avocado, sliced

1 large ripe mango, diced

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

1/2 cup red bell pepper, thinly sliced

1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced

4 large whole wheat or spinach tortillas

1/4 cup cilantro, chopped (optional)

Lime wedges, for serving

Prepare the Chicken: Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Ensure the chicken is well-coated with the spice mix.
