Chicken Alfredo Bake

2 cups cooked rotisserie chicken, shredded

3 cups penne pasta

2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

1 cup broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the penne pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

      Prepare the Chicken and Vegetables: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded rotisserie chicken, cooked penne pasta, Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir in the broccoli florets, mixing until everything is well coated.

        Combine Cheeses: Add half of the mozzarella cheese and half of the Parmesan cheese to the pasta mixture. Stir to combine.

          Transfer to Baking Dish: Pour the chicken and pasta mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Spread it evenly in the dish.

            Add Remaining Cheese: Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly over the top of the pasta bake.

              Bake: Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.

                Garnish and Serve: Once baked, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
