Ingredients

1 large flatbread (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

1 cup artichoke hearts, drained and chopped (canned or frozen)

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional for heat)

Salt and pepper, to taste

2 tablespoons olive oil

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Mix the Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, chopped spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix together until well combined.

Add the Cheese: Stir in the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese to the mixture until evenly distributed.

Prepare the Flatbread: Place the flatbread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle the olive oil over the flatbread, spreading it evenly with a brush or the back of a spoon.

Spread the Mixture: Spoon the creamy spinach and artichoke mixture onto the flatbread, spreading it out evenly to cover the entire surface.

Bake: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges of the flatbread are golden and crispy and the cheese is bubbling.

Garnish and Serve: Once done, remove the flatbread from the oven and let it cool for a minute. Sprinkle freshly chopped parsley over the top for garnish. Cut into slices and serve warm.
