Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup diced onions

1/2 cup diced pickles

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Salt and pepper to taste

12 eggroll wrappers

Oil for frying (vegetable or canola)

Optional: ketchup and mustard for dipping

Instructions

Cook the Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Drain excess fat, and return to the skillet.

Add Seasonings: Stir in the diced onions, diced pickles, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until the onions soften.

Mix in Cheeses: Remove from heat and fold in the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese until well combined. Let the mixture cool slightly.

Prepare Eggrolls: Take an eggroll wrapper and place it on a clean, flat surface with one corner pointing towards you, like a diamond. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the beef mixture onto the wrapper.

Roll the Eggrolls: Fold the bottom corner over the filling, fold in the sides, then roll tightly from the bottom to the top. Use a dab of water to seal the edge. Repeat until all the mixture is used.

Heat Oil: In a deep frying pan or large pot, heat about 2 inches of oil over medium heat until hot (approximately 350°F or 175°C).

Fry Eggrolls: Carefully drop 2-3 eggrolls into the hot oil, being careful not to overcrowd the pan. Fry until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes, turning occasionally. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.

Serve: Serve warm with your choice of ketchup and mustard for dipping.
