Ingredients

1 can of refrigerated biscuit dough (flaky variety recommended)

1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled

4 large eggs

1/4 cup milk

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: fresh chives or parsley for garnish

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin or line it with muffin wrappers.

Cook the Bacon: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels, then crumble into small pieces. Reserve about a tablespoon of bacon grease in the skillet.

Scramble the Eggs: In the same skillet, crack in the eggs and add the milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and season with salt and pepper. Scramble the eggs over medium-low heat until just set but still a bit runny; they will continue to cook in the oven. Remove from heat.

Prepare the Biscuits: Open the can of biscuit dough. Separate the dough into individual biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a round disc about 1/4 inch thick.

Assemble the Bombs: Place a tablespoon of the scrambled eggs in the center of each biscuit disc. Top with a tablespoon of crumbled bacon and a sprinkle of cheddar cheese. Carefully fold the edges of the biscuit up and over the filling, pinching to seal tightly.

Place in Muffin Tin: Place each sealed biscuit bomb seam-side down into the muffin tin, ensuring they are spaced a little apart.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the biscuit bombs are golden brown and fully cooked.

Serve: Allow the biscuit bombs to cool for a few minutes before removing from the tin. Serve warm, garnished with chopped chives or parsley if desired.
