1 cup Romaine lettuce, chopped

4 large whole-wheat tortillas

½ cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

Fresh herbs for garnish (like parsley or chives), chopped

Instructions
 

Prepare the Chicken Salad: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, halved cherry tomatoes, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix everything until well combined.
