BLT Chicken Salad Wraps

Ingredients
  

2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded

1 cup crispy bacon, chopped

1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped

1 medium tomato, diced

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

4 large flour tortillas or lettuce wraps

Optional: sliced avocado and cheddar cheese

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped crispy bacon, chopped romaine lettuce, and diced tomato.

    In a separate small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth and well combined.

      Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and gently fold until all ingredients are evenly coated.

        Lay out each tortilla or lettuce wrap on a clean surface. If using tortillas, you may want to warm them slightly for easier rolling.

          Spoon a generous amount of the chicken salad mixture onto each wrap, leaving some space at the edges.

            If desired, add sliced avocado and cheddar cheese on top of the chicken salad mixture.

              Fold the sides of the wrap over the filling and then roll from the bottom up, securing the contents inside.

                Slice the wraps in half diagonally, and serve immediately or wrap in parchment paper for a portable lunch option.
