4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup corn kernels (fresh, frozen, or canned)

1 red bell pepper, diced

1 avocado, diced

1/2 red onion, thinly sliced

1 cup black beans, rinsed and drained

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

1/4 cup BBQ sauce (for drizzling)

1/4 cup ranch dressing (or your choice of dressing)

Salt and pepper to taste

Juice of 1 lime

Prep the Ingredients: Start by gathering all the ingredients. Chop the romaine lettuce, dice the bell pepper and avocado, slice the cherry tomatoes in half, and finely chop the red onion and cilantro.
