1 cup mashed ripe bananas (about 2 medium bananas)

1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

1/4 cup nut butter (such as almond, peanut, or cashew)

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon salt

Optional: 1/4 cup chopped nuts or dark chocolate chips

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Combine Wet Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, nut butter, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined.

      Mix Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, mix together the rolled oats, baking powder, ground cinnamon, and salt.
