2 large sweet potatoes

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for heat)

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for extra flavor)

Dipping sauce of your choice (e.g., garlic aioli, spicy yogurt, or ranch)

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

    Wash and peel the sweet potatoes. Cut them into wedges by slicing them lengthwise into quarters, then cut each quarter into smaller wedges if desired.

      In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well mixed to create a spicy oil blend.

        Add the sweet potato wedges to the bowl and toss them in the spice mixture until they are evenly coated.

          Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup and spread the coated sweet potato wedges in a single layer, making sure they are not overcrowded.
