Ingredients

4 (6 oz) salmon fillets, skinless

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Zest of 1 lemon

Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare the Baking Sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with non-stick spray. This will help keep the salmon from sticking.

Mix the Topping: In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped dill, chopped parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Season the Salmon: Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle a little salt and pepper over each fillet to season.

Spread the Mixture: Evenly spread the mayo and Parmesan herb crust mixture over the top of each salmon fillet, making sure to cover them generously.

Bake: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and the crust is golden brown.

Serving: Remove the salmon from the oven and let it sit for a couple of minutes before serving. Serve with lemon wedges on the side for a fresh squeeze of citrus.

Enjoy: Pair with your favorite side dishes, such as roasted vegetables or a fresh green salad.
