4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 ripe avocados, halved and pitted

1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves, chopped

1/4 cup lime juice (freshly squeezed)

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Optional: lime wedges and extra cilantro for garnish

Marinate the Chicken: In a large bowl, whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, minced garlic, ground cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken breasts to the bowl and ensure they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours for more flavor).
