1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, rinsed and drained

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 teaspoons smoked paprika

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust for heat preference)

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

8 small corn or flour tortillas

1 cup shredded lettuce

1 medium avocado, sliced

½ cup diced tomatoes

¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro

Lime wedges, for serving

Optional: hot sauce or salsa, for topping

Prepare the Chickpeas: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). In a mixing bowl, combine the rinsed and drained chickpeas with olive oil, smoked paprika, cumin, garlic powder, cayenne, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the chickpeas are fully coated with the spice mixture.
