1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 tablespoon honey

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 bell pepper (any color), cut into 1-inch pieces

1 medium red onion, cut into 1-inch chunks

Marinate the Chicken: In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, honey, minced garlic, smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken cubes to the marinade, making sure they are well-coated. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours for better flavor).

    Prep the Skewers: If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 15 minutes to prevent burning. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

      Assemble the Skewers: Thread the marinated chicken, bell pepper pieces, and red onion chunks onto the skewers, alternating between the chicken and veggies until all ingredients are used.
